Release date: January 18th 2018 (North America) / January 19th 2018 (Europe, Japan) Patch notes: None available. The new mode is a welcome addition to a fantastic game, and once again shows Ubisoft delicately balancing the mix of paid and free add-on content for their games. Players can select a party of three heroes from the game’s roster of eight, and apply one of three different skill and statistic load-outs. Additional settings allow for the customisation of turns, timers or items.
The new local versus mode lets two players pit their wits against each other on the same screen, using two separate Nintendo Switch controllers, or one pair of split Joy-cons.
